    A short form: who you are and what your team wants to use AI for. We’ll get back to you personally.

  2. Set up together

    In a kickoff call, we set up your organization. You sign the data processing agreement online.

  3. Use it for a month

    Your team works with its own documents. After two weeks and at the end, you tell us what helps and what’s missing.

Beta: frequently asked questions

What does the beta cost?

The first month for up to 5 people is billed at €0, and applying is non-binding. Once we accept you, you add a payment method with our payment provider Stripe at the start. If you cancel before the month ends, you pay nothing; otherwise access continues at the regular price. Our terms of service apply, including the section on the beta program.

What’s included in the beta, and what isn’t?

AI chat, document chat, knowledge bases, agents, workflows, transcription and one website chatbot. Because it’s a beta, we keep improving it and welcome every piece of feedback on what still doesn’t work smoothly.

Where is our data processed?

AI models run in EU regions by default; DATENMASSIV GmbH enables models outside the EU only at your organization’s request. The database and file storage are hosted in data centers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. You sign the data processing agreement online before you start.

What do you expect from us?

That your team uses the tool in its everyday work and tells us what helps and what’s missing. That includes three short calls: a kickoff of about 30 minutes, a check-in of about 15 minutes after two weeks, and a wrap-up of about 30 minutes.

How do you choose the companies?

We support every company personally, so the first round takes at most 10 companies. We look for a mix of industries and tasks, and we reply to every application personally.
