What Datenmassiv AI is for

The knowledge base sits at the center, and the other six tools draw on it:

- Document chat works on a single file without any setup and can later move it into a knowledge base for good.
- Agents search the same documents and save their results as Word, PDF or Excel files.
- Workflows chain these steps together, stop for your approval and, where needed, write results back into a knowledge base.
- Transcription turns a recording into text and passes it on to AI chat, into storage or straight into a workflow.
- The website chatbot answers customer questions from the same approved documents your staff use internally.
