AI training for your teamWebsite chatbots
Each chatbot costs €49, €99 or €199 per month depending on the pack, for 4,000, 12,000 or 32,000 messages. Without a pack, one chatbot per organization runs on 250 messages a month and shows a Datenmassiv AI notice. Chatbot packs add on to a plan: the chatbot answers from the same knowledge bases your team uses in AI chat, so you maintain your content in one place.

More quota
€13per add-on pack, excl. VAT
If your quota runs short in a month, buy add-on packs at €13 each, with about 500 chat messages and 45 agent tasks. They don’t expire at the end of the month as long as your subscription is active.
Questions about pricing and contracts
Is there a minimum term?
A plan runs for one month or one year, whichever you choose, and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, through the customer portal or in writing to info@datenmassiv.com. Until then, Datenmassiv AI stays available at the booked scope; amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.
What happens when the quota runs out?
Your organization has one shared AI quota for all features, and the last 10 percent is reserved for chat. Owners and admins get an email when 80 percent is used and again when it is used up. While only the chat reserve is left, chat and document chat keep working; agents and manually started workflows show a notice, and new transcriptions are declined. Once the reserve is used up too, chat shows a notice instead of an answer. Workflows that start on their own, such as scheduled ones, pause and resume as soon as quota is available again: with the next month or after you buy an add-on pack.
